With over a decade in the wellness industry, I live my passion and purpose by using my personal health struggles to help others with fatigue, digestive and weight challenges. I have studied many different dietary theories, psychological practices and spiritual modalities. I apply Holistic Nutrition, Transformational Health Coaching and mind-body applications (including Mindfulness and Yoga), to identify and address root causes, so that you can increase your energy, transform your health and change your life.
I am passionate about helping you learn how to heal your own health and body. I understand the anxiety, depression, shame and isolation that people with chronic and poorly understood health conditions experience and the confusion and frustration encountered with mainstream medicine and well-meaning family and friends. It took me a long time to realise that I’ve gone through my own transformation – healing my body, mind and spirit, to share what I have learned with others.
I am committed to educating and supporting you to become empowered to take charge of your own healing. Given your own experiences, biochemistry, physical and emotional needs, my approach is highly personalised to you as an individual. Just as there is no-one-size-fits-all diet, there is no-one-size-fits-all coaching program. I use a range of tools from my toolkit to help you discover what works for you.

Kate graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Durham, UK. She is a Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC) through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition (ITN) and a DNAFit – Nutrigenetics and Sports Genetics Practitioner.
