In Video #2 I provide an overview of the Transformational Nutrition Coaching method – the foundation of my nutrition and health coaching work. I refer to “The 3 Pillars of Transformation” – Nutrition, Psychology and Spirituality. I will be coming back to these time and again and everything I write or talk about will come under one or more of the pillars.
I truly believe that in order to have the health (physical, mental, emotional), body and life you are striving for, you have to address all 3 of the pillars. Not necessarily all at once – sometimes, it’s a good idea not to tackle them all at once! Baby steps – in a lot of cases – can be even better than giant steps.
